Dinner, Fireworks, and Belly Dancers at the Kazbah - a Taste of Arabia!
Downtown Sydney was closed to cars early in the day. We took public transit to Darling Harbour and walked among the many revelers (more than 1.5 million people at the Harbour). We enjoyed an authentic Arabian meal, were entertained by Belly Dancers, and saw the Family Fireworks at 9 p.m. At Midnight, we were mesmerized by the 12 minute pyrotechnic display that burst over Sydney Harbour to mark the end of 2011. A once in a lifetime experience (for us anyway). Cheers and Happy New Year!
