Cirque du Soleil, Washington DC

Our last full day in Washington, began with a morning visit to the neighbourhood known as Dupont Circle, (a historic and trendy district),  a visit to the Museum of Archives, lunch and to top off the trip, tickets to Cirque du Soleil: Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour at the Verizon Centre.  The show was quite amazing: the talent, costumes, choreography and energy of the artists made it so much fun to watch.  We were not allowed to take any pictures in the National Archives or of the Cirque du Soleil show -so there are none.

The show captures the essence, soul and inspiration of the King of Pop.
